Oh Junk Angel Of The Wind Chimes tell me what makes you so bright?My jeweler gave me a challenge.. if passed he'd give me some of the the silver plated items that crosses his precious metal desk that isn't so precious.....
You started out as a vintage gold filligree cover....
who was severed and recolored with silver.
Add on some jewels, velvet ribbon and silverware charms...... and voila There you are.... A sweet cherub superstar. 
I used the blue ribbon and jewel (the Angel is holding) because he said it was his favorite color. The challenge was making it manly enough for him to want to use but still pretty. ;)
Did I achieve it?
...With your crystal lines and your silver bells. Oh how you sparkle through the night.
I rejoiced with glee and made this piece for him. I have the rest of the set to play and create with.....
