Depending on where you are in your walk, you may say something different. In any case, I am glad that this day has meaning for me. Because He gave his life, I may live. Because He rose with all power in His hand, I am redeemed from my sins. Thank you Jesus for your life, your love & your blood.
In some small, tiny way, it's how I feel about my craft. It may seem insignificant to others... but I see the beauty in what is deemed trash, junk and the discarded. By no means do I have all the answers, and many times I fail.. but the little I do can be appreciated. And that's worth it. ;)
So what have you preserved today?

Good point about feeling appreciated and recycling to enhance life.
That motivates me!
Happy resurrection day to you too! I am glad I found your blog. We can support each other in this endeavor! Have a great week!

Hey NJ, glad I finally found your blog too! This is an answer to your last post as well.
It's the thrill of the hunt and bringing home the trophee, but it doesn't end there. I cherish my finds and, as you found out, I want to show them to the world and say: what a shame! who'd do such a thing to trash this?
Because it hurts me when I find perfectly in order or recuperable things in the trash. I think about their makers and the time and effort they put in them. It's an insult to them and to Mother Earth who gave her resources to those products.
I'n not a believer but I can totally live with your outlook on it. You're refreshing! I'd say that is the true Faith.
I'm proud to be a member of your Posse and I'll add you too. Hope to inspire you to blog more about your wonderful ideas and insights.

Astrid - I appreciate your comments. Yes the sentiments are transferable and do ring true, even outside of the Belief.
Glad to have you as a part of the Posse! Saddle up Lady let's ride!
